The Mustang Senior Internship Program at Manville High School connects motivated seniors with meaningful, real-world professional experiences in partnership with local businesses and organizations. Through structured, semester-long internships, students apply their academic learning in authentic workplace settings while developing essential skills such as communication, problem-solving, professionalism, and collaboration.

Students are supported by both a school coordinator and an on-site mentor, ensuring a guided, purposeful experience for all involved. Internship placements are flexible and can be tailored to align with organizational needs, schedules, and areas of interest. All students enter their placements prepared with foundational workplace expectations.
